Countless people come to municipality service buildings every day. Reducing the number of people coming means reducing the use of public transportation and individual vehicles. The best way to reduce the number of people coming to the municipality is to increase the digital municipal activities that people will use. The aim of the project is to reduce the number of people coming to the municipality. Increasing digital municipality is not sufficient to achieve this goal. The important issue is to increase the number of people using digital municipality services. The research we conducted as Melikgazi Municipality has shown us that people over a certain age do not use digital municipality much. The project has set goals to find a solution to this problem. The aim of the project was to create an education model and to enable the elderly to use municipal services more.
