In order to improve the capacity of training of our associations, we will implement different activities with the objective of training our volunteer youth workers in active citizenship as a cascade effect to disseminate this impact to youth. We want youth workers to be aware about the benefits of being active citizens as volunteer trainers, and this is why we offer them a path, from Local (National Pool of trainers) to European (European pool of trainers), passing through a regional
