▶Objectives
Through this project we aimed to strengthen the capacity of Erasmus+ stakeholders by providing them with simple, accessible tools and training. We equipped project managers with digital systems that allowed them to focus on impact rather than administration, creating a Google spreadsheet–based platform for task delegation, monitoring, and document sharing. We developed an Online Educational Resource with video tutorials, guiding users step by step, and implemented interactive capacity-building workshops and webinars, which trained more than 120 adult learners and reached a wider community through open access. We also created and delivered a comprehensive training programme on the use of AI for dissemination campaigns and visuals, enabling participants to design more engaging and far-reaching communication strategies.
▶Activities
A1 Project management, internal evaluation and dissemination Established coordination procedures, divided partner responsibilities, and applied an internal evaluation system. Carried out continuous dissemination through newsletters, articles, social media updates, and project website. A2 Digital tools for management & monitoring Launched a Google spreadsheet–based project management tool with task delegation, monitoring, and document sharing. Created automated timesheets and meeting files to ease reporting Delivered seven Online Capacity Building Workshops, engaging 120+ adult learners and demonstrating the use of the tools in practice (45 as an indicator in the project) Produced OER and video tutorials for broader access. A3 Training programme on AI for dissemination Designed and piloted a structured training curriculum on AI for campaigns and visuals. Developed supporting materials and examples to help participants integrate AI into dissemination strategies. The LTTA brought together 18+ adult trainers from all three partner countries, who tested the modules and provided feedback for refinement. A4 Multiplier events Organised dissemination events in each partner country. Shared project results with various stakeholders.
▶Impact
The project delivered three main outputs alongside several complementary results: A digital project management system built in Google spreadsheets, including task delegation, monitoring functions, automated timesheets, and meetings files for attendance and certificates. An open educational resource with tutorials and guidance materials, freely accessible online and already used by project managers across Europe. A structured training programme on the use of AI for dissemination campaigns and visuals, piloted with 18+ adult trainers during the LTTA and made available for download. Seven Online Capacity Building Workshops with more than 120 participants, significantly surpassing the planned target. A series of newsletters, articles, videos, and social media outputs that ensured strong outreach and visibility. Multiplier events in all partner countries, where results were showcased, tested, and discussed with wider stakeholder groups.
