Objectives

“Rainbow Rhythms” promotes a more positive stance towards introducing an inclusive sexual education curriculum, incorporating the promotion of the Emotional, Relationship, and Sexuality Education curriculum to youth. This will be achieved by promoting Rainbow Art Exhibitions and the personal stories of Queer Artists’ and their artworks. The project’s results will be targeted specifically toward youth educators to promote active citizenship and inclusion amongst young people (16-35 y/o.).

Activities

Target groups will participate in: WP2: -Online focus groups with youth workers, psychologists, sociologists, artists & CCS professionals; -Online Pilot Testing activities in the form of webinars. WP3: -Interviews with artists, CCS professionals, and SE teachers; -National Pilot Testing Sessions in Youth Organizations WP4: -Consultations with Artists and CCS Professionals; -Physical National Art Exhibitions with youth, youth workers, and artists.

Impact

- Rainbow Rhythms Guidebook aims to increase awareness of how important it is to introduce ERSE to youth education curricula - ERSE framework & creation of Non-Formal Training Activities aims to create training material targeting youth workers and youth that raise awareness about ERSE using art. - National Art Exhibitions & Digitalisation of the Exhibitions aims to enhance the relations between youth, youth workers, and queer artists to fight LGBTQI+ discrimination through co-curatorship
