Knowledg3xchange facilitates knowledge exchange as well as networking between practitioners, educational submissions and academia in the field of care in Austria, Poland and Germany. The cross-professional increase in knowledge raises awareness of socially relevant challenges and opportunities in the field of care, language & diversity. The project results are transferred into international guidelines for recommended action to be established by multipliers in practice, education and science.

To enable an interdisciplinary exchange of knowledge, the workshops will be held per country: 'Language & Care', 'Diversity & Care' and 'Project Workshop Care'. These are based on the transfer project 'Language & Care' (FOM 2022). International guidelines for recommended action for the implementation of interdisciplinary workshops in the field of care as well as for dealing with the addressed challenges will be prepared and handed out to the target groups as well as political decision-makers.

Knowledg3xchange on the one hand increases the care knowledge of the persons involved from nursing practice, nursing education and science. In the sense of participatory design, socially relevant follow-up projects with the target groups are identified in the course of the project. Based on the workshop results, guidelines for recommended action for interdisciplinary workshops as well as for the topics of language, diversity and project design in nursing will be developed.
