โ–ถObjectives

The project's aim is to weave trauma-informed strategies into youth work, enhancing resilience and inclusion. Through fostering understanding and care. we support trauma-affected youths while also building professionals' expertise. Beyond individual experiences, we explore collective traumas, merging educational and non-formal techniques for a comprehensive community approach.

โ–ถActivities

The project will compile a StoryBook of young people's stories and practices. A staff event will explore trauma-informed practices and address collective memory in youth work. We'll create a Roadmap with tools for integrating a trauma-informed approach into youth activities. An e-course will enhance professionals' understanding of this approach. Finally, the project emphasizes dissemination, ensuring widespread knowledge sharing on trauma-informed practices

โ–ถImpact

We anticipate the project to yield a comprehensive StoryBook of youths' experiences, an enriched staff training on trauma-informed practices, and a strategic Roadmap for integrating trauma-awareness in youth work. The e- course will serve as a robust resource for educators. Ultimately, we aim to enhance the quality of youth interventions, boost professionals' capacity, and disseminate trauma-informed knowledge widely, thereby fostering more resilient and inclusive youth environments
