By implementing the project, we wanted to achieve several interconnected goals. Primarily, we aimed to enhance the skills of our personnel by facilitating an international exchange of good practices. This was focused on obtaining new methods to develop the psychosocial and communication skills of young adults, particularly those at risk of marginalization and violent behaviour, to help them manage emotions and adapt to social challenges. We also sought to bridge the gender gap by ensuring a high participation rate of women among our staff and by integrating gender-specific issues like gender violence and support for single mothers into our workshop content. Another key objective was to transform our learning environments into safe and inclusive spaces to better attract and retain individuals from the most vulnerable groups, making them feel welcomed and motivated to engage with our services. Finally, we aimed to lay the foundation for a sustainable network of organizations to foster long-term cooperation, advocate for welfare initiatives, and raise awareness about the link between social marginalization and violence in our communities.

The project was built around a series of peer-learning and methodology workshops, supported by ongoing management and dissemination efforts. The core activities began with a research phase where all partners drafted an analysis of the conceptual framework and selected examples of good practices. This research directly fed into two peer-learning workshops. These workshops were designed for staff to present their most successful projects, visit affiliated organisations, and engage in intensive sessions combining theoretical discussion with practical skill-building. Following these workshops, the partners adapted the most promising tools and practices into their local contexts and implemented them in their daily work to gather preliminary results. This led to a methodology workshop, which involved sessions with beneficiaries to gather feedback. The goal was to collectively devise methods to transform learning environments into safer, more inclusive spaces, culminating in a conclusions document that outlined innovative tools and strategies for organizational transformation.

The results of our project were as follows: - Workshops and events: two peer-learning workshops, one methodology workshop, four local workshops and four local conferences - Ebooks: a document analyzing the conceptual framework of psychosocial support, a compilation of twelve identified good practices from the partner organizations and a conclusions document pertaining to methodology outlining innovative approaches and strategies for creating inclusive learning environments. - Dissemination materials: a project website and related digital communication material
