"poIDcast BUDDIES" project key scope is the inclusion of people with intellectual disability in community (pwID) By implementing the project we want to: -Increase accessibility and inclusiveness in adult education and promote diversity -Promote environmental awareness and fight for climate change -Introduce local learning centres and innovative learning spaces within organisations working with pwID -Address digital transformation -Improve competencies of educators and other adult education staff
▶Activities
We will implement 4 activities: Preparation: aiming to initiate the project and organising 1st meeting of partnership Development: which will lead to the Methodology and an Accessible training guide on podcasting for advocating for the environment through 1to1 pairing. During it we will implement a learning workshop for staff Testing & Refining: through local workshops and 20 podcasts creation about environment with involvement of pwID & volunteers Multiplication: through physical/online events
