▶Objectives
To fill the gaps in our schools on skills development, circular economy, green and inclusive entrepreneurship and fortify the link between school and the labour market, job search, and introduction to the future professions. To offer main opportunities for students to connect them to the labor market, local/regional/European institutions and involve them in the development of a new approach based on their skills and experiences concerning a better vision of future professional life.
▶Activities
The entire project is structured over an 24-month period involving 6LTTS and evaluating activities . 1:Teaching business innovation- investing in circularity 2:Upskill for today's green jobs 3:Linking schools and the labour market 4:Virtual eco-friendly business: Learning by doing 5:Path to EU labour rights 6:Career Days. All partner schools, with the guidance of Drama Chamber, will implement practical applications which are particularly useful for skills development.
▶Impact
Transition from school to the labor market will be facilitated, reduction of the labor market segmentation process and success in integrating graduates into the labor market, both at national and international level.
