Objectives

The project's objectives are to inspire females between the ages of 12 and 17 to pursue STEM-related occupations while also promoting STEM education among them. In order to reach a larger audience, the initiative also seeks to provide educational and training resources and arrange online events.

Activities

The project will carry out a number of activities, such as training girls to become IGNITE-EUROGEMS Agents (IGNITE-EUROGEMS), who will assist other girls and their parents in promoting STEM education, creating educational and training materials with the assistance of educators, planning online activities like gamification and online competitions between schools, and utilizing the expertise of transnational partners to achieve project objectives.

Impact

By preparing girls to be STEM agents and giving them educational resources, the initiative hopes to advance STEM education and gender equality. Online activities, competitions, training, and the creation of materials are all part of the implementation. Girls' interest in STEM areas is anticipated to grow, as are their abilities and engagement in STEM disciplines.
