This project aims to improve employability and promote sustainability in agriculture, with a focus on carob cultivation and regenerative agriculture. It targets unemployed adults or those at risk of social exclusion, providing training in agricultural entrepreneurship, digitalisation and sustainability, as well as mentoring to improve employment opportunities. The project is aligned with the SDGs, addressing social inclusion and the green transition in rural areas.

During the development of the project, four activities will be carried out to ensure the achievement of the main results: Activity 1. Project Management Activity 2. Project Communication and Dissemination Management Activity 3. Training module on regenerative agriculture and carob tree cultivation: opportunities for employability. Activity 4. Methodological manual for the development of regenerative business models and carob cultivation.

We hope that our project will have the following results: R1. Training module on business development and entrepreneurship opportunities based on the use of carob and its combination with other productive species. R2. A methodology manual that will provide a practical and detailed guide for those interested in carob cultivation and defining a business model related to the regenerative economy.
