▶Objectives
Our main objectives are: Raising awareness in teachers and learners, specifically in VET education, about the current climate crisis Engage the educative community in the fight against climate change. Promote activities and good practices in VET centres to provide better training in sustainable skills. Improving skills and tools on environmental sustainability and climate change. To enable participants, to acquire information on circular economy, climate action and food waste.
▶Activities
The project will implement two activities: the toolkit and the trivia game, so that students and teachers can be more aware of the environment and sustainability, taking as an example city awarded with the European Green Capital award. A series of pilot activities will also be performed, ensuring the interest and cooperation of the target group.
▶Impact
The expected results of the project will be the toolkit, which will provide training content for the users; the trivia game, which will provide a practical form of evaluation for the users; and the set of instructions, which will ensure the appropriate use of the content. Through these results, the partnership expects to promote the knowledge of users regarding food waste, healthy diets, and adaptation to climate change.
