The objectives the project aims to achieve are: โ€ข Train youth workers on how to integrate emotional intelligence and leadership skills into their educational frameworks โ€ข To train youth workers to make use of digital tools in their work, teaching youth how to use them properly and safely. โ€ข To train youth workers on how to stimulate the students' innate creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through innovative role-playing methodologies

โ–ถActivities

The main activities we will implement are: - Building a Competence Matrix - Produce Booklet with good practices - Training content development - Online Educational Resource development - Training toolkit development The benefits from them for our target groups will be increased leadership skills, increased employee productivity and quality of service of the companies on one hand, and on another trainers educated and equipped with the necessary tools and training materials.

โ–ถImpact

The main project results are: Manual of Best practices - Youth Workers and trainers will have access to a resource that gathers the world's best practices in teaching leadership through a emphaty. "Train the Trainer '' program - Youth Workers and trainers will be equipped with all needed training materials on how to deliver leadership training oriented to the people in their centres. eLearning system - leadership training will be available online platform (OER) in a learner-friendly format
