We aim to train trainers for migrant and disadvantaged adults in creative, non-verbal teaching techniques to promote social inclusion. For trainers, we aim to improve their intercultural skills and their use of creative techniques. They will be able to put them into practice with 30 migrant participants, who will be able to boost their self-confidence and intercultural integration skills.

We will implement the following activities Mapping of usable methods Observation in the workplace Creation of a training course for adult educators. Face-to-face training in Martinique Creation of video supports. Digital course including teaching materials and workshop videos. Local workshops in Martinique and Tenerife (with trainers and migrants or disadvantaged adults). Multiplier events

For partners: enhanced skills in transnational cooperation For trainers: Improved intercultural skills, skills in non-verbal techniques, and integration of training resources. For migrant and disadvantaged adults: Development of basic skills, intercultural competencies, self-confidence, and social integration. Creation of free educational resources (training plan, videos, online platform) for the general public.
