By implementing the project, our overall objective is to increase our competencies in the teaching profession. Teachers' problem and conflict solving skills and classroom management skills will be developed. New student-centered teaching methodologies will be introduced. Learning the use of web 2 tools and technological environments that will attract students' interest in classes. Suitable environments for education in classrooms with behavioral and disciplinary problems will be created.

With our project, we will develop our 21st century skills under 4 themes: Improving problem solving and conflict solving skills, Developing ICT skills, Learning innovative methodologies and strategies and Improving social skills, self-confidence and leadership. The activities of our project proposal are focusing on producing solutions that will support us, teachers but our project results will have a direct impact on on the classroom environment in our schools with disadvantaged groups .

With implementing our project activities, we expect the ability to cope with the problems and obstacles that teachers experience in their classrooms or school environments will develop. Classroom management skills of teachers will be improved, so lessons will be more productive. A positive environment will be created in the classrooms of teachers whose classroom management skills increase and their self-confidence develops, and interpersonal relations will be more sincere and trust-based.
