Foster Social and Economic Inclusion: Address integration challenges such as language barriers, discrimination, and limited access to support networks. 4. Strengthen Partnerships: Develop transnational collaboration between partners in Ireland and Germany to share best practices in adult education. 5. Develop Training Courses: Create webinars on key topics, related to integration and economic inclusion. 6. Disseminate Project Results: Share findings via the website, social media, and European platforms to maximize impact. 7. Capacity Building: Strengthen the ability of partner organisations, to design and implement effective adult education programs. 8. Support Integration: Provide essential resources and services to help Romanian migrants integrate into local communities. 9.
