The project has the specific goal of activating a process of education for environmental sustainability, to be carried out on the farms themselves, intended as authentic educating communities for citizenship. This activity is performed at the same time by agricultural entrepreneurs because of their heritage of traditions and values and by young people who are more oriented to modern technologies and modes of communication

The core of the 'Join venture Y+R' project is the training provision, which consists of 3 stages. The first is the training delivery, during which trainees will receive relevant knowledge on the topic. The second is the experiential workshop, during which trainees will carry out a practical activity at local farms. The third phase sees joint development of a strategy for suggesting new communication modes on the topic of sustainability.

The expected outcome of the project is twofold. First, structuring a training offer for recent graduates/degrees to train them as sustainability educators in support of farmers and improve their employability. Second, a practical implementation of the skills acquired, leading indirectly to the training of more aware farmers, able to communicate the issue of sustainability to their audience
