โถObjectives
By implementing this project, the partnership aims at improving the skills of homecare workers caring for people with disabilities and to achieve their wellbeing in order to offer a more efficient health and home care beyond the pandemic. According to the Recommendation on Key Competences for Lifelong Learning, this project fosters a healthy and sustainable lifestyle for homecare workers and aims at contributing to improve their employability adapting their education to the labour market needs.
โถActivities
Comparative research by interviews/focus-goups in each country to assess experiences of home-care workers. Goal: to determinate the state-of-play in each country, exchange practices, explore training needs of target-groups and the impact on their well-being and on the quality of the services. According to the results, a digital burn-out tool-kit with best practices for better standards of welfare will be produced and tested in each partner organization. The impact within org. will be analyzed.
โถImpact
The main expected result is to promote within partner organizations better standards of welfare in the field of in-home and community-based services to people with disabilities, which means to provide high quality services. We expect to raise awareness on burn-out among in-home health services, even outside the partnership, and to have workers empowered thanks to the tool-kit produced. We also expect to have a comparative analysis about burn-out.
