The project will raise awareness of students and their surrounding communities regarding the key issues of the project - the environment, inclusion, and democracy. With each school focusing on one area, we can transmit these core values to the participants from other countries and we will all learn to be more responsible and respectful towards our surrounding areas and the people we live with. These are issues that affect us all and by engaging and participating, we make the world a better place

France: living in harmony with the environment - growing fruit and caring for animals. Turkey: visit a refugee centre and the Balat district of Istanbul where diverse communities live harmoniously. Creative writing workshops about discrimination and multiculturalism. Spain: workshops about the environment, water pollution and carbon footprint, with visits to Madrid and Toledo to evaluate impact on monuments. Italy will tie everything together running debates on key issues of the project.

Students will learn the benefits of living in harmony with the environment and reducing pollution.They will learn to respect other cultures and communities, to be inclusive and not discriminatory of others and to understand the diversity in unity.They will develop key competences. Not only will the direct participants benefit from the project's conclusions, but the wider school community and further afield thanks to dissemination of the project via social media and schools & project webpages.
