Our project objectives are: Obj1: Standardize and systematize the basic knowledge to be provided on commercialisation of R&D to students, researchers and innovation team members into a unified curriculum. Obj:2 Deploy a self-paced digital course, available in 4 languages (EN, PL, RO, GR), Obj3: Create a critical mass of people trained in commercialisation of R&D in the local ecosystems, by training more than 240 members from the target groups.

Planned Activities: Create a common transnational curriculum on commercialization and transform it into self-paced digital course Pilot tests in an international environment for all target groups. Sustainability and dissemination action - ensuring results get implemented in all partners and in other organizations

We expect to have: A proven international methodology of supporting students, researchers, innovators and entrepreneurs in commercialization of R&D in 4 languages (EN, PL, GR, RO). A digital course on an e-learning platform in 4 languages (EN, PL, GR, RO). 180 students, researchers, innovators and entrepreneurs (60 in each country) 18 trainers trained in the pilot “train-the-trainer” 45+ trainers trained in the Sustainability Training 12 organizations implementing the course in total
