The aim of this project is to enhance the social inclusion of min. 225 young people with fewer opportunities in their communities by providing 45 youth workers, trainers/facilitators, educators, and other experts with the knowledge, skills, and tools to foster a measurable sense of belonging and develop lifelong skills through the use of arts and creative expression within a 28-month timeframe.
โถActivities
Project partners will work together to develop: 1. State-of-the-art report based on good practices and methods used with YPWFO in each of the partner countries 2. TOOLBOX with new artistic methods for youth workers working with disadvantaged young people from rural areas, with a migrant/refugee background, with disabilities 3. 3 LTTAs based on the TOOLBOX where the youth workers will be able to test and learn firsthand the new methods 4. A MOOC - an online course with innovative artistic methods

Our project will result in: = at least 45 empowered and better-equipped youth workers that will better support young people from rural areas, migrant/refugee backgrounds or with disabilities = youth workers with new skills, competences and confidence to deliver trainings = innovative non-formal educational activities based on artistic methods = 225 more self-confident, resilient and inspired disadvantaged young people = more tolerant and inclusive society = free accessible project resources
