Objectives

The main objectives of the project were as follows: - Supporting the personal development of participants Enhancing self-awareness and self-confidence Developing life management and self-management skills Encouraging individual responsibility - Facilitating the formation of small communities Transforming individualistic mindsets Promoting cooperation and active social engagement Preserving the identity of minority groups - Providing practical knowledge and tools Conducting training programs and interactive workshops Creating an e-book to summarize key learnings and support the formation of small communities - Ensuring the sustainability of the project Long-term application of developed training methods and approaches Encouraging participants to implement and share their knowledge within their own environments The overall goal of the project was to establish a comprehensive and sustainable development program that contributes to both personal and community growth. The aim was to promote small communities to counteract individualistic thinking. It was also to support the identity of minority groups and encourage individuals to take responsibility.

Activities

The development of the methodological collection was supported by two key training cycles: Two training sessions, 4-4 days each (first in spring in Slovakia, second in autumn in Hungary), allowing participants to deepen their understanding of their community roles, explore their motivations, and clarify their functions within the communities they are building. These sessions also introduced leadership roles and individual responsibility within a community context. They got practical tools to effectively organize and lead their communities. The training program was complemented by individual coaching (3-3 sessions for each participants after each trainings), providing participants with opportunities to: Gain deeper insights into their personal functioning and roles, Recognize and process doubts and questions related to their community involvement. One of the main activities of the project was the creation of the methodological guidebook "Individual Paths – Common Goals" (e-book). This resource serves as a comprehensive guide for individuals looking to initiate or strengthen community initiatives. The e-book is available in four languages: Hungarian, English, Slovak, and Serbian.
