Overall, the project will create a more sustainable and resilient built environment while promoting international cooperation and the exchange of knowledge and experiences among professionals in the sector, public and private organizations, and relevant stakeholders. The Project will equip construction professionals with the necessary skills and expertise to design, build, and maintain safe and resilient buildings, helping safeguard lives and property during natural hazards and earthquakes.

The activities which are planned to be implemented are listed below: - Identification of global assessment parameters and innovative & energy efficient engineering approaches for strengthening existing buildings - Preparation of a digital EU building renovation tool - Development of a project website integrated with a discussion platform and the online training module - Dissemination and evaluation activities
▶Impact
To support activities key to the development of a long-term integrated program aimed at the implementation of innovative approaches for improving EE and structural performance in public buildings through the support of the following outcomes : - Identification of the innovative engineering approaches for strengthening existing buildings, - Training and capacity building on innovative engineering approaches, - Exploring global best practices for rapid engineering assessments of buildings.
