The project aims to contribute to increased cooperation in promoting inclusion and diversity at organizational and policy level in European Higher Education institutions by increasing knowledge and awareness on effective strategies regarding DEI policies for migrants at the administrative level in European HEIs and to promote capacity building within higher education staff and policy researchers on initiatives to enhance the implementations of DEI policies for migrants.

To fulfill the project’s objectives, the consortium will conduct in-depth research to inform DEI training for HEI staff, finalized with the delivery of a scientific paper, craft a detailed toolkit, and execute targeted workshops and webinars. These efforts, coupled with a robust dissemination strategy, aim to amplify the project's reach and impact across European HEIs and stakeholders, promoting inclusive education practices.

The expected results of the project are to having developed 1 paper about the role of administrative staff in the implementation of DEI policies in HEIs and 1 toolkit on how to properly train HEIs’ administrative staff in the implementation of DEI policies. Besides, it will also deliver 1 international training in Turkey, 1 thematic mural, 5 local workshops and 5 webinars.
