Objectives

Our aim is to create a more inclusive school environment, one in which all students and teachers feel respected, valued, and part of the school community. To achieve this, we will take a holistic approach, focusing on both well-being and inclusion. Specifically, we will address issues of diversity and online/offline identities, as well as focusing, indirectly, on the importance of languages. With this, we hope to create a more successful learning and living environment.

Activities

We will implement a range of initiatives, such as exchanging expertise among teaching staff (on- and offline meetings to share expertise), developing lesson plans/projects to help teenagers build resilience in the online world (creating a prevention project), and activities designed to enhance students' wellbeing at school (artworks, podcasts, storytelling). Collaboration and cooperation will be essential for achieving these goals successfully.

Impact

We expect to create more diversity awareness in our schools. Next to that, we believe that we will take steps towards a more inclusive learning and school environment. As such, this will have a positive impact on our students' well-being. We hope to give our students a variety of (social) tools that they can use in future life. Finally, we hope our teachers will benefit from all the expertise that we will share with them and that they will take further steps to develop on an individual basis.
