Ultimately, the “AI in Mentoring” training programme will be piloted with WBL mentors and upon evaluation of its impact, multiplication of its application by VET stakeholders will leveraged.

Impact

The partnership will elaborate “AI in Mentoring” training programme and materials. We will also develop the overall infrastructure for its application on national level. We will establish national trainers of WBL mentors that will deliver two training periods to WBL mentors - on AI Literacy and AI Mentoring. Instructional content (Handbook) and additional materials (Resource Library) will be provided for trainers of WBL mentors and WBL mentors themselves, as well as online support sessions.
