Objectives

The project aims to develop a comprehensive methodology and tools for the development of 4 important competencies (4Cs) - critical thinking, creativity, communication and collaboration that will be forwarded from teachers to students (also reaching out their parents and families) in an innovative manner - in gamified way notably complemented with teacher being the facilitator of the whole process of transferring competencies, and support improvement information and media literacy through that.

Activities

The project will be implemented through following main activities: 1. Creation of the 4C - Future Methodology based on the research conducted in the project countries and feedback of the teachers 2. Creation of the Toolset and Guide 3. Development of the Online Platform for training of teachers 4. Pilot training of the teachers 5. Project management 6. Quality assurance, and monitoring 7. Dissemination, Sustainability and Exploitation

Impact

The main outcome is the innovative way of development 4Cs at school through gamified learning combined with facilitation from the teacher. The project will produce following concrete results: Methodology of development of 4Cs with aspects of gamification, facilitation and experiential learning, Toolset and teacherʼs Guide with teaching materials and resources, games, activities and teachers guide, Training Platform (that will also be used as a repository of other results) and Pilot Training.
