-Explore current soft skills needs in MFG through focus groups and surveys -Develop a curriculum to be peer-reviewed and adapted -Create a soft skills for Manufacturing Training Handbook and Trainer's Guide -Develop a pilot methodology -Train the trainers seminars -Pilot delivery of SoftSkills4Mfg training programme - dissemination and Exploitation Plan - SoftSkills4Mfg website and branding materials - Sustainability Guide ensuring compliance with EU and national standards - transferability map
