Project aims to enhance youth work quality across Europe by integrating eduScrum and coaching methodologies, fostering innovative, agile learning environments. Targeting youth workers and educators, the initiative seeks to develop self-directed, lifelong learners, capable of navigating the complexities of modern society. We aspire to boost employability, active citizenship, and inclusion, contributing to the personal and professional growth of young people.
▶Activities
We will conduct online orientation training, two residential training sessions, and mentoring for youth workers and educators. Activities include creating a digital manual and MOOC course on the HOP platform, emphasizing the practical application of eduScrum and coaching. Interactive workshops and a support forum for continuous learning and exchange will be established, alongside multiplier events to disseminate project outcomes and foster a community of practice among youth work professionals.
