▶Objectives
The aim of the project is to increase the awareness of the European public and decision-makers for current developments in disadvantaged European rural regions. At the same time, it should contribute to increasing the capacities within civil society to deal with populistic, democracy-threatening and socially divisive tendencies within and between countries of the European Union.
▶Activities
To achieve the objectives of the project, several meetings of the participating partner organisations are planned, partly in person in the countries in which they are based and partly online. Relevant topics related to the project are to be explored in greater depth in working groups and the results discussed and disseminated within the network. These are to be analysed and addressed to decision-makers in the context of a 3-days-long moderated learning and meeting activity in Brussels.
