With FEMpower in Finance, we want to contribute to countering the threat of old-age poverty of women and reduce gender inequalities by upskilling women in sustainable financial literacy to empower them to make sustainable financial decisions. We aim to increase their self-confidence regarding financial decisions and raise awareness of the importance of old-age provision and asset accumulation for women in particular. By doing so, we make an important contribution to social inclusion.
