1.Support adult educators with Methodology Handbook and Curriculum as well as Learning platform how to empower seniors to stay active and participate fully by addressing a general approach for working with seniors and these topics: (1) Lifelong learning, (2) Digital skills, (3) Health promotion, (4) Social and economic inclusion, (5) Political participation. 2.Empower seniors with new skills in workshops, motivate them to bring in their own ideas and participate in society.

Five organisations (DE, SE, IT, EL, FR) collaborate to develop a methodology handbook and curriculum for adult educators, as well as an online course with 6 modules (M0 Introduction, M1 Lifelong learning, M2 Digital skills, M3 Health promotion, M4 Social and economic inclusion, M5 Political participation). Based on the same topics, local and European workshops for seniors are organised. The project is accompanied with comprehensive dissemination activities, among them Multiplier events.

Adult educators are provided with a methodology handbook (framework and case studies), a curriculum (including a training syllabus outline and learning outcomes), an online learning platform (with 6 modules) and a compendium for empowerment, all available in EN, DE, SE, IT, EL, FR. Seniors receive an empowerment booklet and participate in 15 local workshops (based on 5 topics) per country and 5 European workshops (with adult educators) taking place face-to-face (4) and virtually (1).
