The project supports women to take over power positions at work, in civil society organisations, politics et al. and hereby bearing the need for a just transition towards sustainability in mind. It provides self-guidance and self-motivation as well as knowledge to understand the background of current transformations. Inclusion takes place through democatic learning and learners’ participation.
