The goal of the project is to create a work and support system for class teachers, which supports the development of students' general competencies. We want the class teachers to be a team leader for the class, a creator of a proactive environment, a teacher of general competences, the one who is the first to notice the signs of mental health problems and knows how to provide the right support.

To achieve the main objective: 1. we create material that supports class teachers and is based on developmental psychology for understanding and passing on general competencies; 2. we develop and test the learning process of class teachers to acquire and deliver the content of the created materials to students; 3. we bring the experience of the Danish country and schools to Estonia; 4. we continuously measure the change in the well-being of the students and the school team during the testing.

As a result of the project, a tangible result is a support system for class teachers, which is used both in St. John's School and is also available to Estonian schools in general. In addition, during the project, together with our colleagues from Denmark, we also want to pay attention to innovation and the creation of changes in education, to bring more emphasis to the education field on learning general competencies, including social-emotional skills, in addition to subject knowledge.
