The main objective of the project is to strengthen the capacities and skills of support persons in social sphere, so they can offer well targeted and high quality support to more vulnerable groups (like refugees, adults in need, children with special needs). Empowering and upskilling support persons (social mentors; support workers) will be beneficiary for communities in the long run: better social services and inclusion of more vulnerable target groups into society and labor market.
