The trainers, mentors and educators will learn: 1. To combine the cognitive background of elderlies with knowledge of new Technologies and AI 2. To create the digiteld manual and digital rooms for elderlies and promote local learning centers and innovative learning spaces 3.To develop communication skills with elder people and support new methods in their processing of digital learning . They will use digital tools for labor market and for connection with young generations

Our activities consist of : 1. Kick off meeting- Setting the rules 2. Needs assessment ,best practices sharing and ELIGITELD manual creation 3. Train the training -Trainers, mentors and educators will learn how to approach and encourage elderlies for their digital transformation 4. Practical training with elderlies 5.Transnational meeting 6.Digital room creation-Comminity building and social inclusion 7.Dissemintaion and communication
▶Impact
The results referring to the elder people are: 1. Digital inclusion of elderlies 2.Green digital sector (during the implementation of the project and after) 3. Digital skills and competencies 5. Digital rooms 6. Active ageing and connection with young generations 7. Cooperation with municipalities and local communities (team building activities ) 8.Elderlies will be impacted with an increased accessibility to non formal IT learning activities, especially adapted to their needs & expectations
