The DigiSeniorBank project aims to enhance the digital competence of senior citizens, enabling them to use online banking services securely and efficiently. It seeks to increase their confidence and autonomy in managing their finances digitally, thus promoting social and financial inclusion in the digital age. Through practical workshops, the development of a digital literacy kit, and a training course for educators, the project targets to bridge the digital divide.

In the DigiSeniorBank project, activities to be implemented include project management and execution, an initial kick-off meeting, the development of a Digital Banking Literacy Kit, a Course for Trainers on Inclusive Digital Banking, and Digital Banking Workshops for seniors.
▶Impact
Through the DigiSeniorBank project, we expect to effectively empower seniors with digital skills, enhance their digital literacy and financial inclusion, develop accessible educational resources such as a Digital Literacy Kit, and strengthen the capabilities of trainers for more effective and personalized teaching.
