PODCast is a project which aims to increase youth and youth worker engagement and empowerment. The objectives are: - Know the opinions of youth and youth workers (WP2) - Provide useful information and tools to youth and youth workers through a Guide (WP2) - Create a dynamic and playful tool for youth with practical activities and challenges to develop a podcast channel (WP3) - Provide a learning opportunity through a participatory and binding competition with international mobility (WP4)
▶Activities
Through the implementation, young participants at risk of social exclusion among 15-25 years old and youth workers will be able to be part or the learning process. The main activities where the consortium and the participants will take part are: Survey: 20 YouthWorkers (120) + 30 young people (180) Piloting the WP2 and WP3 (5 young people + 1 youth worker per country) Training 1 Youth Workers and 2 young people PODCast Competition at National Level (10/country) International Mobility for Winners
▶Impact
The expected outcomes of this project are to strengthen and increase the digital literacy skills of youth workers ang young people while using this avenue to empower young people and reinforce their engagement in society through non-formal education. Research, guides, and training will be the main tangible results of this project. All results will be available for free in open-access documents
