FROM PAST TO FUTURE aims to promote the inclusion of youth with obstacles through their employability in archaeological sites and museums. To achieve this, we promote the transformation of museums and archaeological sites to adapt them to the current practices of the 21st century through an innovative methodology that adapts their work on social networks, the virtualization of their visits, and the generation of youth work teams to reconnect with European youth.

For 24 months, actions will be carried out for coordination, monitoring, evaluation, for the development of results, to select participants, train them, improve the inclusion of youth, test said results, to carry out internships for youth with obstacles, promote green and inclusive practices, hold dialogues between institutions and youth with obstacles, campaigns for the promotion of science as a mechanism for youth inclusion, hold dissemination and visibility events, etc.

A STRATEGY will be created to turn the cultural heritage sector into promoters of the inclusion and employability of youth with obstacles while connecting this sector with European youth. This strategy will include new ways to aim their communication processes towards youth, create a system of international internships for youth with obstacles, the ambassadors of culture, non-formal resources to connect youth with science and European Values.
