"RainbowUP" focus on the need of include more effectlively LGBTQI+ in the society and avoid their marginalisation. Project partners will act on the empowerment of youth workers to increase their support skills with LGBTQI+ youth. The project has 3 objectives: O1: Enhance the quality and accessibility of support for LGBTQI+ Youth. O2:Empower youth workers with new knowledge and tools to better support LGBTQI+ youth. O3: Foster a culture of inclusion and support within European local communities.

The project is divided in 5 WPs: Work package n°1 'Project Management' Work package n°2 - Structuring the handbook and the training for youth workers Work package n°3 - The RainbowApp development Work package n°4 - RainbowUp International Pilot, local training and testing Work package n°5 - Dissemination, Sustainability and Exploitation

The main results of the project are going to be 2: - a handbook for youth workers aimed at providing best practices in supporting LGBTQI+ and avoiding their exclusion from society due to struggle to accept themselves and from the society. - a RainbowAPP targeting LGBTQI+ youth to provide them with better support and guide them towards the right places where to seek help and support. The project will also act to raise awareness in the EU about the importance of being more inclusive.
