โ–ถObjectives

In a year of European elections, the Citizenship Academy will address the needs identified within the youth and migrant population: to enhance their social inclusion and their civic and political participation, as well as their empowerment and leadership. The ultimate goal is to promote the awareness and involvement of young people of migrant origin in the European society, highlighting the diversity of this active citizenship and enhancing the European identity.

โ–ถActivities

The 16 trainers of the Citizenship Academy will design an innovative intervention method to train 160 young Europeans of migrant origin in social, civic and political participation. After debating with other stakeholders, a decalogue of recommendations for the inclusion of migrants in the European political sphere will be co-constructed. Finally, a communication campaign and 5 dissemination events will promote an inclusive and pluralistic view of Europe, and an engaged citizenship.
