L'orientation par les liens Européens
▶Summary
The OPLE project aims to establish a collaboration between an association specialized in student guidance and a Greek institution experienced in European cooperation. The objective is to mutually enrich both entities by providing support to young students from disadvantaged backgrounds (end of middle school for the Greeks and beginning of high school for the French) in their choices of academic and professional orientation, without distinction of origin or gender.
▶Objectives
The OPLE project aims to establish a collaboration between an association specialized in student guidance and a Greek institution experienced in European cooperation. The objective is to mutually enrich both entities by providing support to young students from disadvantaged backgrounds (end of middle school for the Greeks and beginning of high school for the French) in their choices of academic and professional orientation, without distinction of origin or gender.
▶Activities
The partnership will provide students with the opportunity to explore a variety of educational institutions, become familiar with established orientation methods such as the "cordées de la réussite," and visit companies. Through their meetings in their respective environments and their virtual collaboration on job profiles and a dedicated project page, young people will benefit from personalised and collective support to make informed and serene decisions.
▶Impact
OPLE will enhance students' key skills for their educational and professional success. The activities will assist them in making informed decisions regarding their academic and career orientation. We aim to promote fair access to information and opportunities, with particular emphasis on eliminating any form of gender-related discrimination. Strong bonds will be formed between the participants and the institutions involved.
