▶Objectives
To enable the development of a green and inclusive digital economy in Europe, our consortium will create a community based on common principles, enabling the development of European solidarity-based reconditionning channels. These channels help to reduce the environmental impact of digital equipment by extending their lifespan, and to include the most vulnerable populations by giving them access to low-cost equipment.
▶Activities
We'll be documenting the industry and drafting a white paper to have a clear view of the situation in participating countries. We will create and develop common tools, and train participating structures to use them. Finally, we will create a community with rules and procedures to encourage the maintenance of common tools and the sharing of practices. 4 collective workshops are planned, as well as extensive group work.
▶Impact
We expect all players in the sectors in the participating countries to gain in skills, thanks to the dissemination of knowledge and common tools by the network heads. We also expect these networks to expand and new European networks to be created, thanks to the wide accessibility of the tools and the opening up of the community to solidarity-based structures, in a spirit of inter-knowledge and peer learning.
