We aim to create a non-formal, playful pedagogy to encourage the inclusion of isolated people with a migration background, within their host society. More specifically, we want to highlight cultural diversity in the public arena, and create a dynamic of encounters and exchanges between local residents to lower discrimination and stereotypes against migration.

This pedagogy is based on the collection of stories about eating habits and culinary practices and experiences of people with a migration background, through a series of workshops. These stories are then presented in the public space by the people themselves at specific events within a given territory. A manual and fanzines will be created to disseminate and replicate the method.

Through workshops and events, we hope that Delicious Stories will enable the creation of bonds of solidarity and intercultural encounters within specific territories, in order to encourage greater inclusion of isolated groups within their host society. Through the handbook and fanzines, we aim to create an accessible, reproducible method that enhances the value of people with a migration background, as well as increasing the skills of professionals and partners.
