Diversity, equity and inclusion in work/study settings bring forth more productive teams. Nevertheless, system thinking and regenerative leadership are still not extensively present in (C-)VET organisations. The project raises awareness and promotes regenerative culture at all levels within these organisations providing them with ready and easy-to-use tools and materials to train regenerative leaders and develop Regenerative Pathways to apply in their entities.

Based on the database of showcases on system thinking, regenerative leadership, inclusion and diversity at work/ study places, the partners develop a self-assessment tool to evaluate the status of these issues in (C-)VET organisations to be used for trainings and workshops on system thinking and regenerative leadership targeting managers, trainers and other staff in (C-)VET entities. Materials will be available in EN, FR, ES, EL, IT, PT, DE on an OER platform and shared with an awareness raising

The main results are: - Database of case studies linked to biases, good practices and interviews on sustainability/regenerative management at work/study place - Self-assessment tool on system thinking, inclusion/diversity, sustainability/ regenerative leadership - Training on system thinking and regenerative leadership - International webinars and national workshops on Regenerative Pathways - OER platform hosting all project results - Awareness raising campaign
