The 'Work Inclusion 2022' project aims to improve the inclusion of VET trainees in SMEs by making the experience responsive to expectations and by trying to prevent exclusion and marginalisation issues through the development of tools to measure the degree of inclusion of VET trainees in SMEs, the design of a course aimed at training a worker already working in SMEs and the deployment of technology products to support the target groups.
