▶Objectives
- Organisations hosting VET learners from abroad are well prepared in terms of cultural, linguistic, pedagogical, logistic, legal and administrative aspects. - Organisations hosting VET learners from abroad ensure high quality support before, during and after their mobility projects. - The research of relevant hosting organisations and the logistic installation of VET learners is facilitated. - VET learners are well prepared before their mobility project regarding the safety aspects.
▶Activities
All along this project, many activities will be implemented to reach our objectives. The participating organisations will work together during 30 months on the construction, the testing, the finalization and the dissemination of 5 tools (online timeline, online training for host organisations, digital map including VET alumni and hosting organisations, digital installation kits and Online pre-Mobility safety training) to ensure the hight quality of international mobility projects.
▶Impact
We plan to create, test, and share 5 mobility tools: - A relevant online preparation training for hosting organisations planning to receive VET learners from abroad. - An online timeline for host organisations including resources to be used before, during and after a mobility project. - A digital map including at least 50 VET alumni and potential hosting organisations - An Online pre-Mobility safety training - 20 digital installation kit for VET learners to facilitate their integration.
