▶Objectives
CDM responds to the needs of SMEs to have qualified professionals taking care of the company’s CSR strategies with a strong focus on community development. The development and testing of a VET Course on Community Development will be aimed to: -enhance competences of SMEs managers in charge of CSR activities to interact with local community stakeholders and co-design local community interventions -increase capacity of CVET providers to offer innovative training on CSR and sustainability to SMEs.

Main results of CDM include: 1.CD Recommendations, identifying CSR models and processes currently implemented in companies, with a focus on Community Development; 2.CD VET course to enhance skills of managers to work together with local communities, thus generating initiatives matching their needs; 3.CD Hub, a combination of online learning platform, information repository and matchmaking tool for managerial SMEs and VET trainers.
