▶Objectives
Together with partner EDUcentrum, TICM is going to strengthen professional competencies needed for educational programmes development and implementation through the project BLOOM. By organising high quality blended programmes, needs of target groups (the elderly, the disabled, the unemployed, NEET) for acquiring digital skills, as well as basic and advanced computer science skills, are going to be met. With that, the adult education system in both partner regions is going to be improved.

Blended learning prog. on digital skills for active citizens, as well as basic and advanced computer science skills programmes (6 workshops) are going to be organised. 2 eLearning websites with handbooks for teachers are going to be developed. Project partners' staff is going to take part in digital pedagogy and IT tools in teaching workshops. An internal digital transformation of educational programmes plan is going to be developed. Project management and visibility act. will be conducted.
