Objectives

By implementing the "Escape to Act: Engaging Youth in SDGs through Escape Games" project, we aim to enhance awareness and understanding of key Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) among youth, using interactive escape games as a novel educational tool. The project seeks to foster critical thinking, collaboration, and active engagement with sustainability issues, empowering students to become informed advocates for environmental action.

Activities

The project will implement the following activities: designing and developing SDG-themed escape games, training educators to facilitate these games, conducting escape game sessions for students, organizing "Sustainability Day" events to showcase projects, and establishing an SDG Ambassadors program to empower students to lead sustainability initiatives in their communities.

Impact

We expect the project to result in increased awareness and understanding of the SDGs among students and educators, the successful integration of game-based learning into sustainability education, the development of critical thinking and collaboration skills among participants, and the establishment of a network of SDG Ambassadors committed to advocating for and implementing sustainability initiatives within their communities.
